Housed in a historic building dating from 1853, Arbizzani’s Flagstone Pub and The Little Owl Restaurant is Geneva’s oldest continuosly operating restaurant. Founded in 1920 by Egisto Lencioni & moved to it’s current location in 1934. The Arbizzani family took over in 1947 and continue to operate it to this day. The Owl spread it’s wings in 2007 when we added The Flagstone Pub. ”Three generations of great hospitality!” Consistantly good food and service in a relaxed atmosphere with moderate prices.  Many other eateries have come and gone but The Little Owl/Flagstone Pub continues to be a landmark in downtown Geneva.

Two Brothers Domaine DuPage  $4.75

Domaine DuPage is a rural, northern France, amber colored ale. This well balanced beer is full and sweet up front with caramel, toasty, and fruity characters. The finish has a gentle floral and spicy hop balance that cleanses the palate. Strength  (ABV): 5.9% ABV

Two Brothers Seasonal (As Available) $4.75

Lagunitas Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale  $4.75

Way smooth and silky with a nice wheaty-esque-ish-ness. Just the little sumpin’ sumpin’ we all need to kick Summer into full swing! Strength (ABV): 7.7% ABV

Stone Arrogant Bastard Ale  22oz Bottle $10.00

This is an aggressive beer… As the progenitor of its style, Arrogant Bastard Ale has reveled in its unprecedented and uncompromising celebration of intensity. There have been many nods to Arrogant Bastard Ale…even outright attempts to copy it… but only one can ever embody the true nature of liquid Arrogance! Strength (ABV):  7.2% ABV

Left Hand Milk Stout  $4.75

Strong roasted malt and coffee flavors build the foundation of this classic cream stout. The addition of milk sugar mellows the intense roastiness and gives this beer the most incredible creamy mouth feel. 2006 & 2008 World Beer Cup Gold Medal Winner in the Sweet Stout category. The September/October 2006 issue of Draft Magazine calls Milk Stout “…quite possibly the best stout in America.” Strength (ABV):  5.9% ABV

Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA  $4.75

Our 60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped – more than 60 hop additions over a 60 minute boil (getting a vibe yet of where the name came from?). 60 Minute is a session India Pale Ale brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful, but balanced East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. The session beer for hardcore beer enthusiasts!  Strength (ABV):  6.0% ABV

Three Floyds Alpha King (As Available)  $5.25

A bold yet balanced American pale ale with caramel malt notes and an aggressive citrus hoppiness. Three Floyds Flagship beer. Strength (ABV):  6.5% ABV

Three Floyds Gumballhead (As Available)  $5.25

An American Wheat Ale, Gumballhead is named in honor of the underground comic book cat created by Rob Syers. Initially a seasonal summer beer, now brewed year round due to demand. This beer helped redefine American Wheat Beers. Brewed with Amarillo Hops and a generous portion of American red wheat, Gumballhead has a complex hop aroma with notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, marmalade and peach. These flavors combined with low bitterness make Gumballhead a refreshing American Wheat Beer that doesn’t suck. Strength (ABV) 5.5% ABV

Three Floyds Pride and Joy (As Available)  $5.25

This beer is 3 Floyd’s American “Mild” Ale. With a more assertive hop profile that British Milds and a relatively low alcohol content this is a great session beer that still has Pale Ale characteristics. Pride and Joy is a golden color with a fruity nose and a light caramel sweetness to balance the crisp finish. A truly refreshing ale that drinks easily
Strength (ABV) 5.0% ABV

Founders Dirty Bastard  $4.75

Founders flagship beer. Dirty Bastard is an absolute beautiful beer to behold. Dark ruby in color and brewed with ten varieties of imported malts this beer continuously lives up to its reputation as a bold and powerful ale. Dirty Bastard is complex in the finish with hints of smoke and peat paired with a malty richness, finalized with a good bit of hop attitude. This beer “ain’t fer the wee lads.” Strength (ABV):  8.5% ABV

Great Lakes Eliot Ness  $4.75

An amber lager with rich, fragrant malt flavors balanced by crisp, noble hops. The amber lager style was created by Anton Dreher of Vienna, Austria, during the mid-19th century. Named after one of Cleveland’s most respected safety directors who frequented the Brewpub’s bar during his tenure from 1935-1941 and, according to popular legend, was responsible for the bullet holes in the bar still evident today. Margaret Conway, the mother of owners Patrick and Daniel Conway, worked with Ness as his stenographer. Strength (ABV):  6.2% ABV

New Holland Full Circle  $4.75

Full Circle is a deceptively simple beer. It’s made with a single malt, a single hop, and a single-minded approach to brewing: make the best. Period. The result is a beer light in body, yet still rich with taste and character. Whether you’re a seasoned beer aficionado or new to hand-crafted brews, everyone can enjoy the smooth, surprising taste of Full Circle. Strength (ABV):  5.0% ABV
